The Hill Aerospace Museum is open six days a week and has 25,000 to 30,000 visitors each year. They are shown the history of flight and many WWII planes plus several jets, MIG21, Sr71, etc. All of the people who serve as guides at the museum are unpaid volunteers interested in aeronautics. The public outreach into general aviation is becoming increasingly appropriate with the approach of the anniversary of the Wright Brothers first flight. www.hill.af.mil/museum. |
